Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Anime AI Generator subscriptions. Please read it before subscribing. If you have a question not answered here, contact us at support@animeaigenerator.net.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee.

To cancel, go to your account settings and select the cancellation option, or email us at support@animeaigenerator.net with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and the email address on your account.

When you cancel:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
• You will not be charged again after the current period ends.
• You will retain access to all your generated content until the period ends.
• After the billing period expires, your account will revert to an inactive state and generation features will be disabled.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed one month in advance. Because you receive immediate access to the full generation quota for the billing period at the time of payment, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.

If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will not receive a refund for the current month, but you will not be billed for the following month.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed one year in advance at a discounted rate.

If you cancel an annual subscription:

• Within 14 days of the initial charge (and provided you have used fewer than 50 generations), you may request a full refund.
• After 14 days, you may request a prorated refund for the unused full months remaining in your annual term. Partial months are not refunded.

To request a prorated refund on an annual plan, email support@animeaigenerator.net with your account email address and the subject line "Annual Refund Request." We will calculate the refund amount and process it within 5 to 10 business days.

Consumed Credits and Generations

We do not offer refunds for image or video generations that have already been processed and delivered, regardless of your satisfaction with the output. AI-generated content is produced by probabilistic models, and output quality and style interpretation can vary.

If a generation fails due to a technical error on our end (for example, the platform returned an error and did not deliver any output), we will restore the credits used for that generation. To report a failed generation, email us at support@animeaigenerator.net with the details.

Exceptions

We will consider refund requests outside of the above policy in the following circumstances:

• A technical error on our platform prevented you from accessing the Service for an extended period
• You were charged twice for the same billing period due to a payment processing error
• Applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires a refund

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds are processed through our payment processor, Creem. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer and typically ranges from 5 to 10 business days after we initiate the refund.

3. Include the email address on your account, the subscription plan, and the reason for your request
4. We will respond within 2 business days to confirm whether your request qualifies and to initiate processing

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. If you subscribed before a change takes effect, we will honor the refund terms that were in place at the time of your subscription for that billing period.
