Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Anime AI Generator ("the Service"), operated by NEXAPIONEER LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Anime AI Generator is a platform that allows users to generate anime-style images and videos from text prompts using third-party AI models. The Service is provided over the internet. The Service offers a free tier (one free watermarked image), paid Creator subscription plans (billed monthly or annually), and optional one-time credit top-ups for signed-in users.
2. Accounts
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2.2 Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
2.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@animeaigenerator.net if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.
2.4 One Account Per User
Each account is for the sole use of the individual who registered it. Sharing accounts or credentials with other people is not permitted.
3. Purchases and Credits
3.1 Plans and Credits
The Service offers a free tier and paid Creator subscription plans. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time. We currently offer:
- Free — $0 — one free watermarked anime image (standard quality, personal use)
- Creator Monthly — $12.99/mo — 4,000 credits every month
- Creator Annual — $79.99/yr — 4,000 credits every month (save ~49%)
Optional one-time credit top-ups are also available to signed-in users. Plan pricing and credit amounts are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Any change applies only to purchases made after the change takes effect.
3.2 How Credits Are Used
Credits are spent per generation. Video clips can be 5, 8, or 10 seconds, costing 753 / 1,205 / 1,506 credits at standard 480p; higher-resolution clips cost proportionally more, and image generations cost less. Current per-generation costs are shown in the Service.
Paid Creator plans grant 4,000 credits each month:
- Creator Monthly is billed each month; the 4,000-credit grant is issued at the start of each monthly period until you cancel.
- Creator Annual is charged once at $79.99 for a 12-month subscription term. The 4,000 credits are issued on a monthly grant date during that paid term — not as a single up-front lump sum. Canceling stops the next annual renewal; it does not shorten or refund the already-paid 12-month term.
Monthly subscription credits expire approximately 62 days after they are granted, so at most one month of unused subscription credits (up to 8,000) carries over; older unused subscription credits expire. One-time credit top-ups do not expire. Legacy one-time credits purchased before the subscription model remain valid and are not removed when a subscription starts or is canceled.
3.3 Payment Processing
All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Creem. Paid subscriptions are billed to your payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel; one-time credit top-ups are charged once at the time of purchase. We do not store your full payment card details.
3.4 Subscriptions, Renewals, and Cancellation
Paid Creator plans are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically — monthly or annually, depending on the plan — until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. One-time credit top-ups are single transactions that do not renew.
3.5 Refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Except where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law, payments already made — including the current billing period and any credit top-ups — are non-refundable once credits are delivered. 3.6 Taxes
Prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. Content Ownership and Licenses
4.1 Content You Generate
We do not claim ownership of the images and videos you generate using the Service ("Generated Content"). Free-tier Generated Content may be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes. On a paid Creator plan, and as between you and us — subject to applicable law, third-party model terms, and third-party intellectual-property rights — you may use your Generated Content for personal or commercial purposes as described in these Terms. We do not charge any additional fee for this use.
You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs are not guaranteed to be original or protectable by copyright, and that the same or similar outputs may be generated for other users. We make no representation or warranty that your Generated Content does not infringe the rights of any third party, and you are responsible for ensuring your use of Generated Content is lawful.
4.2 License Grant to Us
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit your Generated Content solely to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of your Generated Content.
4.3 Prompts
You retain ownership of the text prompts you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your prompts to generate output and to improve our AI models and service quality, subject to our Privacy Policy.
4.4 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including the platform software, interface, and all associated materials (excluding your Generated Content), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the platform without our express written permission.
4.5 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The images and videos produced by the Service are generated by AI models. Output is probabilistic and may vary. We make no guarantee that any generated output will meet a specific creative standard, accurately reflect your prompt, or be free from unintended artifacts. Responsibility for reviewing and determining the suitability of Generated Content for any particular use rests solely with you.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
The Service generates images and videos from user prompts. Because it is a content-generation product, we maintain the content standards, moderation, reporting, and enforcement mechanisms described in this Section. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with this Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP").
5.1 Content Standards — Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to generate, request, upload, or distribute content that falls into any of the following categories:
- Pornography / NSFW content — sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise adult sexual material, including sexualized nudity.
- Violence / gore — graphic violence, gore, or content that promotes, glorifies, or incites terrorism, extremism, or self-harm.
- Hate speech — content that attacks, demeans, dehumanizes, or incites hatred or discrimination against individuals or groups on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Child-unsafe content (CSAM) — any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors, or that depicts a minor (or a person who appears to be a minor) in a sexual or abusive context. We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Such content is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant law-enforcement authorities.
- Deepfakes / impersonation of real people — content that depicts a real, identifiable person without authorization in a false, misleading, defamatory, non-consensual, or otherwise harmful manner, including non-consensual sexual deepfakes and impersonation intended to deceive.
- Content infringing copyright or trademarks — content that infringes the copyright, trademark, publicity, likeness, or other intellectual-property or personality rights of any third party.
Regardless of category, the following are prohibited under all circumstances: child sexual abuse material; the promotion of terrorism or violent extremism; instructions for weapons of mass destruction; incitement to genocide; and non-consensual sexual deepfakes.
You must not upload or submit any material that you do not have the rights to use.
5.2 Prohibited Platform Use
You may not:
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or content-moderation features of the Service;
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service outside of any API we expressly provide;
- Attempt to access the accounts of other users;
- Overload, flood, or otherwise disrupt the infrastructure of the Service;
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service to third parties without our written authorization.
5.3 Content Moderation
We operate a multi-layer content-moderation system to enforce this AUP:
- Automated screening. Prompts and inputs are screened in real time by automated moderation before generation, and generated outputs may be scanned to detect prohibited content. Prompts that our systems flag as violating this AUP are blocked and will not be generated.
- Human review. Content flagged by our automated systems or reported by users is reviewed by trained personnel. Reviewers receive content-safety training and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Periodic audits. We conduct periodic audits through random sampling of activity to assess and improve the effectiveness of our moderation.
5.4 Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or activity on the Service that you believe violates this AUP, please report it to us at support@animeaigenerator.net or through our Contact page. Please include enough detail for us to locate the content. This is a monitored channel; we aim to acknowledge reports promptly and to review and act on them without undue delay. Reports concerning suspected child sexual abuse material are treated as the highest priority.
5.5 Enforcement Actions
We reserve the right to review prompts, Generated Content, and user activity for compliance with this AUP. Depending on the severity and frequency of a violation, we may take one or more of the following actions, and may escalate them at our discretion:
- A written notice requiring you to remove or edit the content;
- Removal or takedown of the violating content;
- Reduction of your generation quota or model access;
- Temporary suspension of your account pending review;
- Permanent termination of your account and access, without refund;
- Reporting to, and cooperation with, law-enforcement or other competent authorities where the content or conduct may be unlawful.
Enforcement action may be taken with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation and our applicable legal obligations.
6. Third-Party AI Models
The Service uses AI models provided by third-party providers. Your use of the Service is subject not only to these Terms but also to the applicable terms of those providers. We do not control the output of third-party AI models and are not liable for any output they produce.
Disclaimer: Anime AI Generator is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, ByteDance, Kuaishou, Google, or any other third-party AI model provider. All third-party trademarks and brand names referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEXAPIONEER LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NEXAPIONEER LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your Generated Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
10. Termination
10.1 Termination by You
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@animeaigenerator.net. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Any unused credits are non-refundable in accordance with our Refund Policy, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
10.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You remain responsible for any charges incurred prior to termination. Sections 4, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12 of these Terms survive termination.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may submit it to a people's court of competent jurisdiction in the People's Republic of China. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory provisions of applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice on the Service. The revised Terms will become effective on the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
