Plans and Billing
How does billing work? Anime AI Generator runs on subscriptions. Start on the free tier — one free watermarked anime image at standard quality — then subscribe to a Creator plan billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime. Optional one-time credit top-ups are available to signed-in users.
Which plan should I choose? Free ($0) gives you one free watermarked anime image at standard quality, for personal use. Creator Monthly ($12.99/mo) and Creator Annual ($79.99/yr) each provide 4,000 credits every month — with the annual plan saving about 49%. Credits are spent per generation — a standard 5-second 480p video clip costs 753 credits, and longer or higher-resolution clips cost more. Pick the plan that matches how much you plan to create.
Can I get a refund? Except where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law, payments already made — including the current billing period and any one-time credit top-ups — are non-refundable once credits are delivered. You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. See our Refund Policy for details.
I was charged but did not receive my credits. Please email us with your account email address and the charge date. We will investigate and respond within one business day.
Generation and Technical Issues
My generation failed or produced an unexpected result. Generation errors can occur due to prompt content, server load, or model availability. If an error is on our side, we will restore the credits used. Email us with the details.
What file formats are delivered? Images are delivered as PNG files. Videos are delivered as MP4 files.
Can I use my generated content commercially? We don't claim ownership of what you generate. Free-tier images are for personal, non-commercial use only. On a paid Creator plan, and as between you and us — subject to applicable law, third-party model terms, and third-party intellectual-property rights — you may use your generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes. Note that outputs are not guaranteed to be original or copyrightable, and similar outputs may be generated for others. See our Terms of Service for full details.
Account
I forgot my password. Use the password reset link on the login page. If you do not receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.
How do I delete my account? Email us at support@animeaigenerator.net with your account email address and a request to delete your account. We will process it within 7 business days. Note that account deletion is permanent and will remove all your generated content.
