We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1 to 2 business days. Complex issues may take a little longer, but we will acknowledge your message promptly.
What to Include in Your Message
To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include the following in your email:
- The email address associated with your account
- A clear description of the issue or question
- If reporting a technical problem: the art style you were using, the type of generation (image or video), and any error message you saw
- If reporting a billing issue: the approximate date of the charge and the amount
We do not need your payment card details. Never include sensitive financial information in an email.

Subscription and Billing
How do I cancel my subscription? You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
Can I change my plan? Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan through your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
I was charged but cannot access the Service. Please email us with your account email address and the charge date. We will investigate and respond within one business day.
Generation and Technical Issues
My generation failed or produced an unexpected result. Generation errors can occur due to prompt content, server load, or model availability. If an error is on our side, we will restore the credits used. Email us with the details.
What file formats are delivered? Images are delivered as PNG files. Videos are delivered as MP4 files.
Can I use my generated content commercially? Yes. All plans include commercial usage rights on all content you generate. See our Terms of Service for full details.
Account
I forgot my password. Use the password reset link on the login page. If you do not receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.
How do I delete my account? Email us at support@animeaigenerator.net with your account email address and a request to delete your account. We will process it within 7 business days. Note that account deletion is permanent and will remove all your generated content.
